Leigh G. Riese founded ITAaPS in 2011 and serves as Principal. He has been a project manager and IT security analyst with numerous contracts for an IT security organization based in Vienna, Virginia, supporting a wide range of agencies such as:
- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)
- Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS)
- Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
- Office of Personnel Management (OPM)
- United States Marshals Service (USMS)
- Various commercial companies
Leigh worked in high-security roles with Lockheed Martin, The Boeing Company, and the United Space Alliance in various Information Assurance (IA) roles including IT Security Engineer, System Engineer, and Deputy Systems Security Officer supporting the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in Houston, Texas.
